Fruit Picking Crews
Fast, careful harvest crews for stone fruit, apples, pears, cherries and table grapes across Victoria. We pick to your colour and size specification, handle fruit gently, and keep bins moving so nothing waits in the sun.
- Colour and size selection to your spec
- Gentle handling from tree to bin
- Daily tallies recorded and reported
- Hourly or piece-rate arrangements
Spring and early summer
Thinning Crews
Hand thinning that lifts this year's fruit size while protecting next year's wood. Crews are trained on your spacing and crop-load targets before they start a row, and a supervisor checks quality block by block.
- Trained to your spacing targets
- Crop load managed for fruit size
- Careful around developing wood
- Quality checked row by row
Winter structural, summer touch-up
Pruning Crews
Experienced orchard and vineyard pruners — vase, central leader, tall spindle, cordon and cane styles. Clean cuts and a consistent approach down the whole row, so the block grows back the way you planned.
- Orchard and vineyard experience
- All major training styles
- Clean cuts, sharpened tools
- Consistent finish across the block
Shed and field, all season
Packing Crews
Graders, sorters and packers who keep the line moving and reject rates down. We supply shed crews for the full season or the peak weeks, and field-packing crews for direct-to-box harvest programs.
- Shed lines and field packing
- Grading and sorting to spec
- Low reject rates, steady pace
- Flexible crew sizes week to week
Flexible arrangements
Hourly or piece rate — whichever suits the job.
We'll recommend the arrangement that fits your crop and confirm everything in writing before work starts.
Hourly rate
Best for variable, quality-critical workThe crew works to your pace and standard on an agreed hourly rate — well suited to pruning, thinning and delicate picking where care matters more than raw speed.
- Predictable quality on careful jobs
- Simple daily timesheets, signed off by you
- Supervisor keeps the pace honest
Piece rate
Best for straightforward, high-volume harvestWorkers are paid per bin, tray or vine on a properly benchmarked piece agreement — rewarding fast crews while daily tallies keep everything transparent.
- Costs track directly with output
- Benchmarked and documented agreements
- Daily tallies shared with you
